Geneva Troop 5

EAA Airshow, Oshkosh, Wisconsin
August 2, 2003

We left Geneva at 9:30am and drove to the home of Elliott Adkins, former assistant scoutmaster, near Hartford, Wisconsin. Elliott and his wife Diana graciously provided lunch for us, then we headed to Oshkosh for the EAA Airshow. What a treat! Afterwards we bought pizzas and returned to Elliott's home, retiring early as we leave for summer camp in the morning after church.

This biplane has a jet engine underneath. Unreal! The wing walker is the pilot's son.
Guts!

Harrier "standing still". Demonstrated moving side-to-side, rotating 360 degrees, and vertical landing and takeoff. Awesome!
